TheMission Support Specialist performs a variety of general administrative tasks to support the Project Team located in El Paso, Texas.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including but not limited to:
    • Filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing
    • Compose, type, and distribute professional correspondence, memoranda, and E-mails
    • Manage project calendars and team calendars as requested
    • Prepare work agreements and proposals
    • Review and respond to daily internal and external mail and overnight packages
  • Coordinate meetings including but not limited to:
    • Prepare and distribute agendas and other meeting materials
    • Schedule meetings via MS Teams and MS Outlook
    • Reserve and prepare facilities for meetings and conferences
    • Meeting Notetaker: Record and transcribe meeting minutes
  • Provide general administrative support for asset management, purchasing, and other support functions
  • Assist and maintain E-QIP schedules
  • Provide support to all staff needing to complete E-QIP
  • Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports
  • Attend meetings and other functions as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Ability to use SharePoint
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
  • Good research skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
  • Ability to work flexible hours. We operate 24/7/365

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma is required. 2-year degree, desired
  • 2 years relevant experience is required
  • A valid Class C driver's license is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
  • Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment

Pay: Up to $22.53 hourly
