What will you do?
- As our Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be an expert in various facets of production and manufacturing, including process design, ergonomics, capacity analysis, simulation tools, investment strategies, and cost analysis. Your comprehensive knowledge will be instrumental in streamlining our manufacturing processes.
- We believe in constantly raising the bar. You'll play a pivotal role in leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, making our manufacturing operations more efficient and effective.
- Quality is at the core of what we do. You'll actively engage in Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to ensure that our manufacturing processes consistently meet and exceed our quality standards.
- Be at the forefront of product development! You'll be a vital contributor to the development of new products, focusing on manufacturability and feasibility, helping us bring innovative solutions to market.
- Assess the feasibility and profitability of investments tailored to our manufacturing needs. Your financial insights will guide us in making sound investment decisions.
- Manage our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system by keeping material, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and routings up-to-date, ensuring seamless coordination with our Engineering team.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field is required
- Your knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles will be a driving force behind our operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Excel, Macros, SQL, and Tableau is essential to leverage data and technology for manufacturing optimization.
