Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Insurance Agent. This entry-level role requires a commitment to obtaining a valid Texas General Lines

insurance license within the first month of employment. In this position, you will assist clients in choosing the right insurance policies and provide exceptional customer service, while working toward becoming a licensed insurance agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and Licensing: Successfully complete pre-licensing coursework and pass the required state licensing exam within the first month of employment.
  • Client Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering guidance on insurance options while you are in the process of obtaining your license.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads and scheduling appointments for licensed agents. Support sales efforts by preparing documentation and following up with potential clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update client records, assist with policy applications, and ensure accurate processing of documentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our insurance products and services through training and self-study.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Ensure all activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensing: Willingness and ability to obtain a valid Texas General Lines insurance license within the first month of employment. Assistance with licensing preparation and exam costs may be provided.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Attributes: Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow in the insurance field.
  • Bilingual:English/Spanish
