Responsibilities Assist clients with selecting the perfect artwork and pictures, providing expert guidance on design options Answer phones, greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, and create an inviting atmosphere for all gallery clientele Write up sales tickets, follow up on inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to drive art sales in the gallery Engage in effective email communication, ensuring prompt and professional follow-ups with clients, inquiries, and potential leads Keep the art gallery clean, organized, and visually appealing Maintain a professional environment that enhances the overall client experience Promote and sell our art leasing program, providing information to clients, and guiding them through the leasing process Assist in generating and following up on quotes for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Contribute to the success of art show exhibitions and events by providing support in planning, coordination, and execution
