Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.

Duties: - Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and menus - Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner - Operate kitchen equipment such as stoves, ovens, grills, and dishwashers - Assist with menu planning and contribute to creating new dishes - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas - Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed - Support the dietary department with meal preparation - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements: - Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety guidelines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting - Willingness to learn and take on various tasks as needed

Skills: - Culinary skills - Experience as a cook or dishwasher - Familiarity with kitchen operations - Menu planning knowledge - Ability to work in a restaurant setting - Proficiency with kitchen tools including knives - Experience in meal preparation or catering services
