Rockys Border Town Cantina Bartender in El Paso, Texas
We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly and tips.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages and food orders for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interacts well with other employees, team player
- Interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a bartender preferred but not required.
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Cooking experience a plus.
- Punctual and Reliable.
- Computer literacy.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate, Food Handlers and TABC.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2.13 - $8.00 per hour
