Job Description We are a transportation company based in El Paso, TX, looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for someone organized, responsible, and experienced in administrative and bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks.
  • Use QuickBooks to generate financial reports.
  • Present financial reports to a certified public accountant.
  • Handle basic administrative duties, including document management and general office support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with QuickBooks-Online.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic English proficiency for office communication (optional based on the team).
  • Knowledge in payroll tasks.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
