Job Description We are a transportation company based in El Paso, TX, looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This part-time position is perfect for someone organized, responsible, and experienced in administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks.
- Use QuickBooks to generate financial reports.
- Present financial reports to a certified public accountant.
- Handle basic administrative duties, including document management and general office support.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with QuickBooks-Online.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic English proficiency for office communication (optional based on the team).
- Knowledge in payroll tasks.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
