Administrative Assistant:
Experience: Applicant should know word and excel/experienced in office clerical duties, phone answering, task completion and organization. Good writing skills for emails. Must be punctual and reliable.
Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Computer Skills: Excel and Word
Duties: Inventory of office and warehouse needs, filing, clerical duties, assist in preparing safety meetings materials, assist company officers in projects they are working on.
Hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:00am - 5:30pm with Friday, Saturday and Sunday OFF
