ManpowerGroup Accounting Manager in El Paso, Texas
Our client, a leading accounting firm, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the finance department supporting various client teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional analytical abilities, and a commitment to client service which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Accounting Manager
Location: El Paso, TX
Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000
What's the Job?
Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and continuous development.
Act as the primary contact for high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and professionalism.
Prepare and review financial statements for clients and the firm, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws for both the firm and its clients.
Lead the implementation of accounting software and systems to improve workflows.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), financial reporting, and tax laws.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
