Randstad is seeking Operations Processor in El Monte,CA. The Operations Processor role involves performing clerical tasks such as processing payments, sorting checks, handling incoming mail, and entering data into a proprietary system. The position requires good attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. It operates in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-training and career development. Experience in production or data entry, as well as familiarity with a warehouse or office setting, is beneficial. Position: Operations Processor 1 Location: El Monte,CA,91731 Pay: $20/hr Shift Days/Hours: Thursday - Monday 12:00am to 8:30am or until completion (Days Off: Tuesday and Wednesday)

Responsibilities

• Payment processing and/or data keying

• FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT

• Preparing incoming mail for extraction into the system

• Opening envelopes, sorting checks, and preparing them for scanning

• Cross-training in other systems as the role develops

• Initially manual work with potential for operating a desktop scanner as openings arise

• Possible training in more complex functions over time

• Accuracy and efficiency are critical

• Ongoing transformation to standardize and simplify processes and equipment

• Many employees started as temps and were converted to FTEs, depending on volume and need

• Potential for contract extension, subject to volume requirements
