We are working with a reputable construction company based in El Cajon that is looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong A/R experience, especially in the construction industry. The role is contract or contract-to-hire, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.

• Track and manage outstanding payments and follow up on unpaid invoices.

• Work closely with the project management team to ensure all billings align with project requirements.

• Assist with lien release processes and other construction-specific documentation.

• Provide regular A/R reporting and reconciliations to the finance department.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, preferably within the construction industry.

• Knowledge of lien releases and construction billing (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.

• Proficiency in accounting or billing software.
