Philips Integral Project Leader - Mother & Child Care in Eindhoven, Netherlands

As an Integral Project Leader within the Mother & Child Care business at Philips, you will oversee the entire end-to-end product development cycle. From initial ideation to product launch, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams in creating innovative products that improve the lives of mothers and children worldwide. Your focus will be on driving product innovation, managing resources, and ensuring projects align with business strategy, budget, and time constraints.

Your role:

  • In this role, you will have a direct impact on shaping and delivering new product propositions for the Mother & Child Care category (Philips Avent), contributing to the company's growth and consumer well-being.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including internal and external stakeholders, and report to the Group Lead of Project Management within the Innovation & Development team.

  • This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, international environment, providing you with both professional and personal growth opportunities. You will gain experience in value proposition development, stakeholder management, and project leadership.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have +10 years of experience in product development projects within high-volume consumer product environments, including at least 5years leading multi-disciplinary teams, preferably in health and Wellness and consumer electronic industry.

  • You have strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and balance trade-offs.

  • You hold a university degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, preferably with PMP certification.

  • You are a skilled communicator and motivator, experienced in leading international, multi-site teams and driving results in dynamic settings.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
