The Intern will assist the Training and Development team with the design, development, implementation and coordination of internal training. In this position, the intern will support daily functions, as well as, play a role on larger learning projects such as new course development, curriculum design and video production. Responsibilities
*With other team members, identify, design, update, and/or deliver learning solutions and resources that support a variety of 84 Lumber departments, roles and initiatives. *Assist with logistics for key programs, including class scheduling, booking rooms, confirming presenters, preparing materials, creating communications and updating records. *Work with training specialist to produce monthly 5-minute video segments and product training courses for mobile app. *Update and maintain user and course information in the learning management system. *Create and manage training reports and surveys *Update and maintain training resources and related website content. Qualifications
*Working toward a bachelor's degree with a focus in learning and development, human resources, business administration *Attention to detail *Customer service experience *Ability to successfully communicate with a diverse workgroup *Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint) experience
