Amentum Program Coordinator I: Eglin AFB in Eglin AFB, Florida
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors and reviews Job Order Number reports for accuracy
Report status as required
Monitors and reviews timekeeping for accuracy
Report status as required
Collects, reviews, and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, updates budget forecasting and other presentation materials for senior contract and government officials
Communicates and collaborates with senior managers for department data collection processes that provides to overall contract performance tracking.
Organizes and maintains paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, etc.
Performs routine to advanced administrative tasks in support of the daily operations
Assists with purchase orders and procurement documentation
Assists with travel coordinator duties
May be required to perform other duties as directed to meet company needs
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
Intermediate Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
May be required to assist/support other departments as needed
May be required to work overtime or varying hours
Accounting knowledge strongly desired
