Professional Security Officer-Open Interviews Every Thursday - Full Time

Location: Edwardsville, IL

Rate: $16.50-$18.50/HR

Available shifts for Security Officers will generally include 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays.

Monday to Friday and/or day shift positions are currently not available.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois

• Must have valid Driver's License and a clean driving record, required . (All our positions will include driver certification)

• Have reliable transportation (No public transportation is available)

• Have reliable working communication device (cell phone)

• Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC)

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months

• Average to above average computer skills needed

• Have the legal right to work in the United States

• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic

• Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus

• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

• Must have great attention to detail

• Must be comfortable conducting various security duties
