Our client, a leader in the banking industry, is looking to add a Client Service Specialist to their team in Calgary or Edmonton, on a contract basis.

The responsibilities for this position include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for up to 100 high net-work banking clients, answering inquiries regarding their accounts

• Build relationships and proactively administer and service clients

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to ensure successful client experience from onboarding, ongoing service and maintenance of the relationship

• Ensure timely administration of transactions by coordinating with the operations team, ensuring system inputs and fund transfers are correct

• Manage reporting inquiries, and identify/manage discrepancies through coordination with custodian

• Manage client onboarding and offboarding

• Update and maintain client data within CRM system

The qualifications for this role include:

• Previous banking industry experience

• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with technology and able to pick up on new banking software systems quickly

• High attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritize work

• CSC or IFIC certifications would be an asset

This position will start as a 3 month contract, with the opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role within the bank.

Must be available to work 2 days in office during standard business hours.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00
