Description Radiology Technologist - Urgent Care at Swedish Urgent Care - Edmonds Schedule: On-Call (0.01 FTE), Variable shift, occasionally working 12 hour shifts Job description: Perform Diagnostic imaging exams and radiology tasks. Ensuring that department quality standards, safety and compliance and regulatory requirements are met on a daily basis. At our Urgent Care Clinics, we provide a same-day alternative to the ER, treating non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses like minor illnesses and injuries. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA approved school. Coursework/Training ARRT board certification in radiology Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Demonstrated ability to operate PACS, RIS, CR/DR x-ray equipment, fluoroscopy, and C-arm to produce anatomical images for diagnostic purposes. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook and Word). Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of patient privacy rights.
