Step into a vital therapist position where your presence directly impacts lives. As part of our Mobile Crisis Response Team, you\'ll deliver immediate, community-based behavioral health interventions, helping individuals navigate their most challenging moments. Our team collaborates closely with law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure that every person in crisis receives the care they need when they need it most. This position is slated to work the night shift Wednesday 12am-6am and Thursday- Saturday 6pm-6am with a shift differential of up to \$2 an hour provided.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person and tele-medicine crisis intervention services as part of a multidisciplinary team, serving individuals of all ages in mental health crises.
- Answer crisis calls promptly, with mobile responses delivered within 60 minutes in urban areas and 2 hours in rural locations.
- Work in an environment that values trauma-informed care, health, and wellness.
- Coordinate legal interventions, outreach, and referrals to maintain seamless support for those in crisis.
- Record all services in our system within 24 hours and conduct follow-up to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of those you assist.
