Description

We are in search of a proficient Controller to become part of our team located in Edmond, Oklahoma. As a Controller, you will undertake a range of tasks, including managing the entire accounting cycle, handling minor Human Resource functions, and playing a significant role in our daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire accounting functions and ensure their accurate execution

• Manage cash flow and ensure its effective management

• Execute monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy

• Handle invoicing/billing processes and post payments timely

• Produce monthly financial statements detailing company's financial status

• Administer payroll for a workforce of under 100 employees

• Perform budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Oversee 401k plan administration and benefits enrollment

• Carry out minor HR functions, including onboarding new employees

• Utilize accounting software such as Paycom and QuickBooks for financial management.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controller or similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Functions

• Demonstrated experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Experience in Monthly Bank Reconciliation

• Ability to handle Billing tasks efficiently

• Competency in Cash Flow Management

• Proficiency in preparing Monthly Financial Statements

• Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 Employees

• Familiarity with the Paycom system

• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration

• Knowledge of Form 5500 requirements

• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
