Northrop Grumman's MQ-4C Triton Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) provides real-time intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) over vast ocean and coastal regions. The aircraft can fly for more than 24 hours at a time, at an altitude above 55,000 feet and an operational range of 8,200 nautical miles. Australia is a cooperative program partner in the Triton program which consists of the US Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and Northrop Grumman.
Your Role:
As a Cyber Worthiness Officer on the MQ-4C Triton Engineering team, you will ensure the highest standards of cyber worthiness and technical support. Your responsibilities include supporting DASR Part M Continuing Airworthiness Management Services (CAMO Services), conducting cyber worthiness assessments, and maintaining engineering delegation as determined by the NGA Engineer & Technical Services Manager. You will review and interpret technical documentation, handle ITAR/EAR controlled data, and ensure accurate updates to the Configuration & Data Management database. Additionally, you will assess and manage risks, provide technical support, prepare engineering documentation, and assist with compliance tracking for Continuing Airworthiness requirements. Your role also involves investigating and developing solutions for cyber worthiness issues, maintaining MQ-4C configurations, and communicating relevant cyber worthiness matters to operator representatives.
About You:
You're passionate about working in a cutting-edge, agile program and excel in collaborative settings. With a minimum of two years of experience in the defence industry, you possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You have a strong grasp of Australian Defence Airworthiness Regulations and are familiar with configuration management concepts used by the ADF and/or civil operators. Your expertise in cyber auditing tools and log monitoring will be crucial in maintaining the Triton system's security and performance.
