Description

The PeopleSoft Developer will play a vital role in our team, supporting our operations through the development and customization of software, collaboration with team members, and maintaining our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to understand and address software needs.

• Develop and customize software systems using PeopleSoft.

• Ensure the smooth transition of PeopleSoft systems in line with future organizational plans.

• Assist with system upgrades to improve functionality and performance.

• Update scripts to ensure optimal performance of software systems.

• Utilize PeopleSoft tools to enhance the functionality and user experience of our systems.

• Resolve any software-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of system updates, issues, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/CRM development

• Extensive proficiency in PeopleSoft development is required

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Demonstrated experience in managing the complete software development lifecycle

• Knowledge of database design and management is required

• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM software and related applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
