Description The Lead Patient Services Representative (PSR) is responsible for directing, supervising, and coordinating staff and activities for front desk & scheduling to provide quality, cost-effective care. This is a full-time position working M-F from 7:15 am - 3:45 pm out of our Edina location. This role will also involve working a half day every 10th Saturday. Additionally, this role may also support our Maple Grove clinic on an as-needed basis. ogi | Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare. Essential Functions: Oversees daily operations for PSR and Scheduling team Act as a resource for department and ensure all office space, supplies, and equipment are maintained. Partners with PSR Supervisor to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, while providing continuous recommendations for improvement. Using organizational goals as reference, creates department goals, drives work forward, and tracks progress. Updates PSR and Scheduling team on any organizational and/or process changes. Ongoing review of Allscripts APM and Touchworks EMR systems and updating processes as appropriate in coordination with PSR Supervisor. Maintain training materials, oversee training of new employees in conjunction with Front desk Supervisor Facilitates regular staff meetings with PSR Supervisor Trains new and existing employees: Perform staff training as new workflows are implemented Assist in training of new PSR employees. Addresses performance: Ensure team receives recognition Provide feedback for annual performance reviews, highlighting any development opportunities Monitors performance and attendance, partnering with PSR Supervisor to address concerns Readily communicate issues affecting Organizational Core Values Other duties as assigned Education: High school diploma or equivalent required Essential Requirements: Ability to: Comply with company policies, procedures, practices and business ethics guidelines. Complete job required training.
