We are in search of an HR Coordinator/Administrator to join our growing client for a 6-9 month contract with possibility of extension. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support like coordination of events/travel and processing mail

• Facilitate communication with vendors to ensure smooth operations

• Assist with virtual onboarding/offboarding

• Implement employee engagement and retention strategies

• Provide support to other business functions

• Organize schedules

• Regularly update and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist in the organization and execution of employee orientation, helping new hires to integrate into the team

  Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional office experience ideally in human resources or administration

• Google Suite experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong administrative and data management skills
