We offer both surgical and non-surgical procedures which include Facial Aesthetic Improvements/Enhancement, Aging Face and Facial Rejuvenation, Facial Skin Cancer Treatment and Reconstruction, Nasal Obstruction and shape, Facial Paralysis and Facial Movement Disorders and Reconstruction of the Face, Head and Neck. What you will do: Establishes measurable and achievable short- and long-term goals for patients Implements nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patient. Provides education to patient and caregiver(s) Evaluation of the patient's status and efficiency of the nursing care and modified care plan as needed Helps provide healthcare access through nurse visits, management of in-basket task (phone messages, MyChart communication, refill requests, results) Provides safe and timely telephonic triage for symptomatic callers, using system approved triage policies and protocols What you will need: Current Minnesota RN Licensure and knowledge of specialty area Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Location: Hilger Face Center - 5050 France Ave S.
