Universal Accounting Software Software Implementation Project Coordinator in Edgewater, New Jersey

Our mission is to help clients streamline operations and grow their businesses by offering industry-specific solutions.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Software Implementation Project Coordinator to coordinate and traffic the implementation of our software, CAVU ERP, for new clients. This role involves managing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth transitions from kickoff to post-Go Live. You will be the key liaison between clients, the technical team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Schedule and manage Kickoff Meetings, training sessions, and post-Go Live meetings- Issue and manage Basecamp project plans for new clients- Update and maintain Support Subscriber Lists for client support continuity- Organize and issue reports based on Weekly Status Meetings- Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure timely project completion- Recognize projects that are off schedule and collaborate with management and the implementation team to resolve issues- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal leadership- Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and distributed to clients- Perform additional tasks as neededSkills & Knowledge:Extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering client relationshipsExceptional verbal and written English communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for simplifying complex issuesStrong interpersonal skills: proven ability to build strong client relationships and become a trusted partnerCreative thinker who can adapt quickly and apply critical thinking to diverse situationsProven ability to build strong client relationships and become a trusted partnerAbility to work independently, delivering high-quality work with speed and accuracyStrong team player who seeks support when needed and provides assistance to othersProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience managing workstreams across multiple projectsMust have prior experience with ERP or accounting softwareWe offer a pleasant work environment with friendly staff, salary commensurate with experience, and generous benefits.
