Job Description: In Local Market (Hybrid) Installs and maintains operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance. Job Duties: Evaluates system specifications, input and output processes, and working parameters for hardware and software compatibility. Troubleshoots networking and operating system problems. Must be familiar with shell and kernel-level programming and system-specific requirements. Researches and recommends innovative and possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Required Skills: * Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Information Technology * Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in an infrastructure support role, preferably a technical leadership position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Experience supporting a multi-location enterprise environment or 2000+ users * Experience performing administrative, maintenance and troubleshooting functions within a multi-platform, enterprise environment including: * Server and Directory Services * Active Directory * Windows Server * VMware * Exchange * Office365 Suite * SharePoint * Dell Server Platform * Cisco UCS Platform * EMC Data Protection Suite Backup Infrastructure * SCCM * Disaster Recovery * Public and Private Cloud Management (Preferred) * AWS * Knowledge of leading industry technologies with a strong knowledge of IT governance, project planning, and the technological usage/alternatives available in a multi-platform environment * Knowledge of PowerShell or VBScript a plus.
