Senior Software Tester II (Multiple Positions) Starkey Laboratories, Inc (Eden Prairie, MN). Responsible for software testing of products to ensure high quality products are shipped to end customers. Duties include: lead and mentor software testers and establish goals for appropriate test cycles for each release; provide planning of future project releases in estimating efforts required in testing and documentation, and advise on product improvements; manage, coordinate, communicate and conduct software testing, test schedules, deliverables and status reports to Project Manager and Upper Management; and, identify areas where software quality policies and procedures need to be improved or developed.
