Support Manufacturing VP and Plant Directors in their operational and financial decision making. Provide support to Operations by reporting key performance indicators. Develop and maintain budgeting and results analysis programs. Provide support for planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations. Assist with year-end independent financial audit as needed. Coordinate the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems. Establish and implement short-and long-range departmental goals, tactical plans, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Support the standard costing revision at the plant level with the controllers' team and central Costing team. Provide profitability category relevant data to manage profitability at the category level. In office or hybrid schedule available What you need to join our team: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required. Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business environment required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
