The Operations Support Specialist performs a variety of tasks, such as handling incoming insurance documents. They exhibit flexibility by assisting in various functions that may entail changing responsibilities. Your Impact: Process physical client Insurance documents. Handle documents according to client and company guidelines. Operation, troubleshooting and basic maintenance of the following office machines as needed Opex Mail Extractor; Opex Mail Extractor/Scanner. Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy. Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer, and client information. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay for this position is $15.50 per hour plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
