Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architect to lead our Enterprise Architecture Team in steering the strategic direction and technical roadmap for our organization's digital transformation. In this key leadership role, you will guide our transition to public cloud adoption, implement Gen AI adoption strategies, drive hyper-automation, and lead platform simplification efforts. Your expertise will enable us to address complex cross-business challenges and deliver impactful solutions. As a thought leader, you will help transform our organization through innovative technology-driven business transformations. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and vision for Enterprise Architecture, aligning technology initiatives with overarching business goals. Spearhead the organization's public cloud adoption strategy, ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions across business units. Lead the adoption and implementation of emerging technologies, including Gen AI, hyper-automation, and platform simplification, leveraging industry best practices. Develop and execute a comprehensive solution architecture roadmap, addressing both current and future business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, business stakeholders) to define, develop, and deliver innovative solutions. Drive thought leadership for technology-driven business transformations, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Identify and close skill gaps within the team, creating strategies for upskilling, professional development, and attracting top talent. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring that the organization remains on the cutting edge. Ensure team members are regularly updated on industry advancements. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and implement the right technology solutions for the organization's needs. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols in all architecture-related activities. Qualifications: Proven experience leading enterprise architecture teams and driving digital transformation initiatives. Expertise in public cloud adoption, AI/Gen AI, hyper-automation, and platform simplification. Strong background in developing and implementing technical roadmaps for large, complex organizations. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to provide thought leadership and foster innovation within an organization. Experience in aligning technology strategies with business objectives and delivering impactful results. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $80.00-$93.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
