The Digital Analytics Manager is a seasoned professional with a proven track record; a driven self-starter, problem solver, and someone who is passionate about creating remarkable digital experiences driven by digital insights. This person has hands-on experience using digital analytics tools to perform analysis and identify behavior insights, a solid ability to tell data stories, and a background in designing tracking requirements to answer future business questions. We’re a team of 30+ in the US with global and consulting partners, which presents a lot of opportunity for collaboration. We partner closely with other groups in the Optum Consumer Experience, Data & Analytics (CXDA) team and lines of business to measure the effectiveness of digital properties used by millions of customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
The position requires extensive experience in digital analytics, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to think strategically in the complex and evolving healthcare environment
Partner with stakeholders to develop measurement frameworks that align to organization key performance indicators
Ensure that measurement solutions adhere to organizational priorities

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
Experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products, or Google Analytics
Experience in managing the analytics lifecycle, including testing methodologies
Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven ability to partner with stakeholders to develop measurement frameworks that align to organization key performance indicators and tie to business impact/ROI
Proven ability to act as a subject matter expert on best-in-class digital analytics and optimization, consulting with stakeholders to enable the best possible view to member behaviors
Proven ability to support product teams with ad hoc and recurring reporting, as well as deep dive analysis to answer key business questions
Proven ability to present findings to product owners and senior leadership, including insights into key behaviors and actionable recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis in collaboration with other data teams
Proven ability to actively identify and participate in driving increased data quality and efficiency improvements, standardizations, and business system enhancement
Proven ability to gain an in-depth knowledge of Optum website architecture, KPI’s and customer goals
Proven ability to manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at a time
Proven ability to provide regular status updates to the leadership and quickly escalate potential issues

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
