Genesis10 is seeking a Data Analyst for a hybrid remote 6+ month contract with our Fortune 5 client in Eden Prairie. Key Responsibilities: As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a vital role in analyzing and improving our operational processes, driving key insights, and collaborating across multiple departments to enhance the consumer experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to real-time insights during War Room efforts, and communicate critical updates to leadership. Here's a closer look at your responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, including NPS trends, consumer verbatims, digital interactions, and key metrics, to uncover insights for process improvement and cost optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, including WFM, Consumer Resolution Center, Product, Claims, Call Ops, IT, Sales, Enrollment, Implementation, and Provider Ops, to identify and implement enhancements. Real-Time Monitoring: Actively oversee live War Room efforts and trends, keeping a pulse on current events or tech outages impacting the consumer experience as displayed on the AV Wall. Performance Tracking: Monitor operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to assess impacts on consumer experience and overall performance. Data Interpretation for Leadership: Prepare and present data-driven insights in an accessible and impactful way to senior leadership. Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL for data automation and engineering to deliver content to command center displays. Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and reports. Familiarity with Snowflake and SQL for querying large datasets. Knowledge of SDLP for data storage. Expertise in Excel, with an understanding of advanced data manipulation and visualization.
