We are working with a client who is in search of an interim Benefits Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role is integral to our operation, as you will be tasked with addressing benefit inquiries, auditing coverages, and ensuring correct billing across multiple lines of business. This offers a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and provide daily updates on employee benefit inquiries, collaborating with various HR Teams when necessary

• Manage benefits billing for multiple lines of business, each requiring individual attention

• Liaise with multiple carriers, including Medica, dental, vision, and life, among others

• Regularly review and audit coverages across all lines of business

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel for Pivot Table and VLOOKUP to maintain accurate records and process data

• Monitor email communications, responding to an average of 50 emails a day from HR and providing updates

• Use problem-solving and resolution-oriented skills to deal with any issues that arise

• Reviewing employee open enrollment elections and reviewing forms to ensure correct coverage

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Benefits Coordinator role or similar position

• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now software

• Demonstrable skills in auditing and claim administration

• Capability to ensure correct billing practices

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and its Pivot Table feature

• Proven ability to resolve problems efficiently and effectively
