CAMBRIA COUNTY TRANSIT AUTH Scheduler in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania
Ebensburg location. This position utilizes Ecolane to organize trips for individuals on shared-ride service, including the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). Responsible for planning and arranging work in an efficient manner so that passengers are transported safely and on time. This position is also responsible for entering daily trips, maintaining client files, building runs, and assigning vehicles.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service and a experience in computer operations and applications.
- Schedule: Monday -- Friday, eight hours per day. Shift times may vary. Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to work in a team-setting and also work independently to accomplish tasks.
- Strong computer skills and excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Safety-sensitive position -- subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (fulltime, non-exempt position)
