CONSUMER DIRECT CARE NETWORK WI Youth Respite Provider - AA in EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you looking to work with a local kiddo to provide Respite Care I am looking for someone to spend time with a sweet and energetic young man. He is very open to trying new things and staying active. He loves to be outside and swim and would love someone that likes to do these things as well. Family does have other providers and is looking to add to their support team. They are flexible with scheduling and want to work with you. Schedule: FLEXIBLE Days/times Mostly weekends 6 days/month & 8 hours/week available schedule TBD between provider & family. Location: Bloomer, WI Tasks: Play videogames Anything & Everything (very open to new experiences) Stay active Go outside (loves to swim) Loves building & creating, (Legos) RESPITE WILL BE DONE IN THE PROVIDERS HOME Personal Cares: Must be comfortable with restroom assistance/diapering Pay: \$14.13/hour (after tax rate) Requirements*: Willing to undergo a caregiver background check prior to hire Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation *Must be able to successfully pass a background check before being hired. If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN\'s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker.
