Job Summary: The Sr, Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and processes of the Controls team to include regular communication, lead, motivate and train staff to ensure work is performed in a timely, accurate and safe manner, executed per protocol and job requirements. Directly oversees the operation of controls projects and service. Supports overall management and profitability for Controls, including strategies to grow market share while controlling costs. Aides in the development of budgets, forecasts, and regularly monitors financial performance. Reporting responsibility to include financial / project status, process improvement, customer relationships and business development. Responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with our key clients. Serves as a point of contact for new and existing business inquiries and concerns. Experience/Education Requirements: Four-year degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field of study and at least four years\' service, controls, mechanical plumbing/HVAC is experience including leadership of both projects and staff - or associate degree in related field of study with 6 years of experience - or eight years\' experience leading projects and teams with a building automation discipline. Experience with Distech Controls, Trane, Johnson Controls, Alerton, Automated Logic, and Siemens. Experience leading building automation projects through all phases of implementation Knowledge and understanding of Tridium Niagara Platform. Information Technology (Networking) experience. Knowledge of financial budgeting and forecasts Knowledge of HVAC equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline, knowledge of system prefabrication and installation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, Bluebeam/Adobe Pro, estimating software, Procore/Primavera or other Project Management software, file sharing systems. Valid state drivers\' license with ability to schedule local and regional travel to job sites and client locations.
