This dynamic and creative company offers a stimulating work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the south west, Minnesota region. • Answer incoming calls and direct guests

• Process mail, ships materials, duplicate and fax documents

• Order supplies and equipment

• Maintain expense reports

• Keeps process documents up-to-date and maintain accurate filing systems

• Arrange meetings

• Input data into software applications

• Main point of contact for internal and/or external guests

• Maintain office supply inventory

  Requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of reception experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail
