Job Description

Insight Global is hiring Field Office Managers for a Next Generation Pipeline Contractor. This person will be accountable for the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative, financial, and managerial tasks including:

 Responsible for Payroll Functions

 Performs Month-End Process

 Manages Databases (Vista, Rhumbix, Keystyle)

 Manages Field Employee Correspondence and Complaints

 Supervises and Monitors the Work of Administrative Staff

 Maintains Field-Level Client and Vendor Relationships

 Implements and Maintains Project Processes and Procedures

 Performs Quality Checks to Project Deliverables for Correctness and Consistency

 Communicates With Project Management

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Accounts Payable AND payroll experience

 Experience doing payables and payroll for union employees

 Demonstrated experience building relationships with internal and external customers

 Ability to reside locally or duration of project in respective location (NE, WY, WI) Pipeline Industry experience

 Degree null
