Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Eau Claire, Wisconsin

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Eau Claire, WI. The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our office and will provide administrative support across the organization. The role involves handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices

• Conduct clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents

• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule

• Assist with various office projects as needed

• Manage customer queries and complaints via phone, email, or mail

• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies

• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies

• Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally

• Provide office tours to new staff members and potential clients

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements • Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties or a similar role is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional ability to assist customers, providing them with a positive and helpful experience.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.

• Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

• Must be a team player with a customer-oriented approach.

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule and be able to work during business hours.
