Our client a regional CPA firm in the Eatontown area seeks a Quality Control Manager. As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the firm’s financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for non-public entities across diverse industries. The successful candidate will have a strong background and a comprehensive understanding of US GAAP, US GAAS, and SSARS. A CPA is also required.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the team to facilitate both internal inspections and external inspections conducted by peer reviewers and regulators.

• Develop and present engaging and informative continuing professional education seminars on recent accounting and auditing topics.

• Demonstrate proficiency in US GAAP, US GAAS, and SSARS, staying up-to-date with any changes or developments in the field.

• Utilize your knowledge to conduct thorough research on professional standards that impact our CPA firm, ensuring compliance.

• Conduct thorough quality control reviews for financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations of non-public entities.

• Assist in the implementation of improvements based on inspection feedback to elevate our practice.
