Our client is seeking a Logistics Customer Service to join their team.

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service

Location: Hybrid in Eastvale, CA

Pay Range: $22/Hr to $23/Hr

Contract on W2

What’s the Job?

Logistics Customer Service

Below is bit more information about the responsibilities.

  • Resolve Logistics-related Customer Service tickets. General SLA: First response: 24hrs, Resolution 72hrs.

  • Identify root causes of escalated issues and provide appropriate resolutions:

  • Coordinate with other teams/departments

  • Use tools i.e. Internal system to conduct simple research at order/package level

  • Support ticket deepdives by categorizing issue types
