Description We are offering a role for an IT Risk and Compliance Analyst in Easton, Pennsylvania. The selected candidate will be working in the telecom industry, focusing on evaluating, developing, implementing, and maintaining tax solutions and software. This role involves researching, assessing, and recommending tax software applications and tools to streamline tax-related processes, including preparation, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain tax solutions and software

• Research, assess, and recommend tax software applications and tools to enhance tax-related processes

• Lead the implementation and integration of tax technology solutions, including configuration, testing, and user training

• Create technology roadmaps, dashboards, and scorecards for management review

• Refine, enhance, and maintain tax process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials using automation and tax technology

• Assess and identify areas for improvement and automation in current tax processes and workflows

• Prepare financial planning and data analytics for various tax department processes

• Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in tax technology, including developments in tax software, automation, AI, and data analytics

• Automate projects as requested by management

• Undertake other projects as needed. Requirements • Proficient in IT risk management and compliance

• Experienced in using Archer for enterprise management

• Familiarity with CobiT for IT governance

• Proficient in using Confluence for project collaboration

• Knowledge of data mining techniques for data analysis

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Experience with 'About Time' software for time tracking

• Auditing skills, specifically in the IT sector

• Experience in claim administration

• Familiar with compliance standards and regulations in IT
