St. Luke's University Health Network Retail Nutrition Service Aide Per Diem Evenings (cafe) in Easton, Pennsylvania

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operates self-service register
Stocking and re-stocking of product and goods.
Daily prepping, chopping, slicing and set up of food items for salad bar and Deli station.
Assists in grill cook responsibilities when needed.
Daily set up of deli food items for deli station.
Posts daily menu.
Labels food items on glass.
Ensures that required sanitary levels are maintained throughout the food preparation process by record keeping of HAACP logs and sanitation cleaning schedule.
Ensures that all cooking equipment and utensils are inspected and maintained for cleanliness and proper operation.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
Standing for up to eight (8) hours a day. Frequent handling and fingering to run register. Frequent lifting and carrying objects weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds. Occasional pushing and pulling objects weighing up to 100 lbs. Frequent stooping and bending, crouching, kneeling, climbing ladders and reaching above shoulder level. Hearing as it relates to normal conversation. Seeing as it relates to general vision, near and far vision and visual monotony.
EDUCATION:
High School graduate or equivalent.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
On the job training. Cash register experience preferred.
