Drive Thru Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drive Thru Attendant to join our team at Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken. As a Drive Thru Attendant, you will be responsible for managing transactions, ensuring accurate pricing, accepting payments, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. • Take accurate orders from guests, by speaking clearly, and enunciating each word.
• Take and hand out orders to guests timely at the drive in.
• Assist with packaging of food.
• Set up and prepare side dishes.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Keep area stocked and neat.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Ability to process payments accurately using a Point of Sale system. Training provided.
• Count and Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• The willingness to be cross trained in other areas.
• Team player.

REQUIREMENTS Prior experience as a cashier, or similar role

• Excellent customer service skills and money handling skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Speak Fluent English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time without accommodation.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift, frequently without accommodation.
• Basic Math Skills.
• Upselling when appropriate.
• Maintain a balanced Cash Register.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be a team player.

QUALIFICATIONS

HS Diploma or GED preferred

3 to 6 months experience
