Overview
Bryans Auto Supply in Eastland, a Christian based family business, is currently seeking additional staff in the auto department. Position available is a 50-hour a week full-time career-oriented position. A good attitude and driven industry interests are the biggest attributes to being considered, and experience is always desired and can even help qualify a candidate for a possible sign-on CASH bonus of up to $1,000. The position offers minimum starting pay 65% above minimum wage, plus overtime. The full-time classification includes weekly recurring overtime with a guarantee of 18 days a year off, 2 Saturdays off a month, and 2 early off weekdays - ALL with time-and-a-half pay. Other benefits include sick time and 401K with maximum matching benefits from Bryans.
Requirements / Responsibilities

Must complete all required training manuals/materials on business policies.
Must attend all scheduled/required company meetings.
Must become familiar with all categories of products and services offered.
Must consistently assist customers in a professional, courteous, and prompt manner.
Must perform operational business tasks as required.

Experience in dealing with the public and being fluent in knowing parts is a HUGE plus.
Service oriented phone manner; excellent communication skills are a must.
Be partially responsible for inventory management and appearance of the business.
Department to determine extent; Onsite soliciting, deliveries, and installations.

MUST be fluent in computer skills, online research capabilities is another HUGE plus.
