Looking for someone who has experience doing remodeling in the field of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and more!

Job Title: Technician

As a Technician, you will be responsible for building and fabricating various elements such as walls, kitchens, and bathrooms in each unit. Candidates must have a basic understanding of carpentry, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning: Windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and doors.

• Carpentry Repairs: Perform repairs as needed.

• Trailer Maintenance: Inspect and repair brakes, hitches, axles, tires, and door locks.

• Signage Installation: Install company signage according to guidelines.

Essential Skills:

• Handyman Experience: Proficiency in carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, and general construction (commercial or residential).

• Technical Skills: Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50lbs consistently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and framing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, New York.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00
