Manufacturing Manager (100-125K)We have an excellent opportunity available for a Manufacturing Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. Company Profile:Established Global Manufacturer.Excellent benefits package including: health, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and a bonus plan.Opportunity to be groomed into a Senior Management / Director role.Your Role:The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for Cost, Quality, and Thruput goals within a designated Manufacturing area.Provide direction to a team of production supervisors and operators.Understand cycle and takt time to plan and schedule production activities.Track metrics and communicate solutions to increase performance and reduce scrap.Implement standard work activities.Communicate with customers and senior plant leadership.Experience / Education Profile:Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
