Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Associate - ENT. The role is based in East Syracuse, New York and is primarily focused on managing electronic files, processing customer credit applications, and maintaining accurate customer records. Your job function will be pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance within our industry.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure data field accuracy and compliance.

• Conduct detailed management of electronic files and databases.

• Support customer service needs, including providing accurate product and company policy information.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide solutions to customer problems.

• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.

• Ensure adherence to specifications, including labeling and order entry.

• Meet individual and team performance targets and quality metrics.

• Ability to navigate multiple open internet tabs and web-based applications.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Interpret and follow standard work instructions and job aids. Requirements • Proficient in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrated experience in data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Proficient in using database and internet tools for efficient data management.

• Ability to handle correspondence and claim administration, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.

• Understanding of specifications and order entry processes.

• Experience in labeling and managing electronic files.

• Excellent written communication skills for effective correspondence.

• Proven ability in training and development to enhance team performance.

• Experience working with dealers and distributors, ensuring smooth business operations.

• Proficiency in language interpretation to cater to a diverse customer base.

• Proficiency in using web-based applications for efficient task management.

• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring their satisfaction.

• Experience working with homeowners, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

• Ability to explain complex processes in simple, understandable terms to customers.

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
