We are offering an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in East Syracuse, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with reviewing and processing invoices, maintaining supplier information, and assisting with month-end processes among other duties. This is a contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry where your skills in Accounts Payable (AP) and Data Entry will be highly utilized.

Requirements • Must possess a comprehensive understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist role or similar finance role is required

• Proficiency in using finance-related software and applications

• Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions

• Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical approach to job responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
