Insight Global Turnaround Coordinator in East Saint Louis, Illinois

Job Description

This individual will develop and oversee all maintenance work plans, inspections, as well as integration of Minor Capital Projects. This individual will perform 3 turnarounds a year. This role will have three direct reports in the maintenance department. These individuals are pretty independent, but still need minor direction.

Skills and Requirements

Experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

3+ years experience in Maintenance Supervision/STO's (Shutdowns, Turnarounds, Outages)

Intrinsically good at leadership. This individual will be directing a lot of people who are not their direct reports. Technical Degree (Bachelor's Preferred)

Knowledge with SAP and scheduling. null
